STEP 1:

Click BOOK NOW and fill out the booking form.

STEP 2:

Choose whether you would like to pay in full or in installments. If you would like to pay in installments, please pay just the deposit now, and select “pay in installments” on your booking form. The deposit will be subtracted from your total. If you’re eligible for the Early Bird Discount of $150, that amount will be deducted from your full payment or last installment.

If you choose to pay in installments, you will be sent automatic payment requests as specified below:

• 60 days before trip – 50% of trip cost
• 30 days before trip – 100% of trip cost

If at any point, you would like to pay ahead of schedule, send us an email at hey@unseenvoyages.com and we’ll send you a payment request for the specified amount.

STEP 3:

You will receive a confirmation as soon as you complete your booking. We will follow up with a personal note and info about next steps. Don’t worry, all of these steps will be recounted for you in your confirmation email.

STEP 4:

We will send you a pre-trip questionnaire to understand your specific needs and requirements so that we can pair you with the right travel buddy. We will send this to you in the confirmation email.

STEP 5:

Once you receive the green-light from our team to book flights, go ahead and purchase your tickets based on the arrival and departure instructions in the email. Now is also the best time to purchase your trip insurance.

STEP 6:

Once you’ve booked your flights, we will ask you to fill out a small form giving us your flight information. We will send you this 2 weeks prior to the departure, so watch out for it.

STEP 7:

Get excited!! You’re going to Kyrgyzstan!
