Day 1 – Welcome To Kazakhstan!

Welcome to Kazakhstan! As your adventure begins, we will ensure a seamless start to your journey with a warm airport pick-up upon your arrival. From there, you’ll be whisked away to the vibrant city of Almaty, where you’ll have the opportunity to settle in and relax at the hotel. At 4 pm, we will gather for a meet-and-greet, where you’ll have the chance to connect with fellow travelers.

Day 2 – Black Canyon and Kaindy Lake

Get ready for an exhilarating exploration of the mesmerizing Black Canyon. Brace yourself for jaw-dropping views as we traverse through this dramatic natural wonder, marveling at the rugged cliffs and vibrant landscapes that surround us. Afterward, we’ll head to the charming Saty village, where a delightful lunch awaits, allowing us to savor the flavors of local cuisine.
Our journey continues to the enchanting Kaindy Lake, known for its ethereal submerged trees. Here, you’ll have the option to take a leisurely walk or go for an unforgettable horseback ride, immersing yourself in the tranquility of this magical place. We’ll visit several spots around the lake, basking in its pristine beauty. As the day draws to a close, we’ll check into to our Lake-view accommodations.

Day 3 – Lower & Middle Kolsai Lakes

Today takes us on a scenic drive to the mesmerizing Lower Kolsai Lake. Prepare for a day filled with natural splendor as we embark on an optional long hike or horseback ride to the Middle Kolsai Lake. Immerse yourself in the serenity of this pristine alpine paradise, surrounded by towering mountains and glistening waters. Take a moment to rest and recharge at the Middle Kolsai Lake, where a delicious lunch awaits. As we make our way back to the Lower Kolsai Lake, we’ll be treated to breathtaking vistas and the ever-changing beauty of the landscape. Upon our return, we’ll settle into our accommodation, where a hearty dinner will be served. Reflect on the day’s adventures and prepare for the remarkable experiences that lie ahead on our unforgettable journey through Kazakhstan.

Day 4 – Charyn Canyon National Park& Game Night

Get ready for an awe-inspiring trip to Charyn Canyon National Park, a true natural wonder. Our first stop takes us to the Yellow (Moon) Canyon, where we’ll embark on a leisurely walk, immersing ourselves in the breathtaking views and visiting various viewing spots. Next, we’ll venture to the renowned “Valley of the Castles” within Charyn Canyon, where the intricate rock formations will leave you in awe. As our adventure continues, we’ll enjoy a delightful lunch at a local café, savoring the flavors of the region. We’ll make our way back to Almaty, unwind and embrace the tranquil ambiance of the cabins nestled amidst the serene nature, where you can gather around a cozy bonfire under the starlit sky. Tonight is Game Night!

Day 5 – Almaty Lake and City Tour

Today begins with an early morning start at 8 am as we set off to explore the mesmerizing Big Almaty Lake; a true natural gem nestled in the heart of the mountains. Immerse yourself in the serenity of this stunning alpine lake, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.
Afterward, we’ll embark on a captivating city tour, discovering the vibrant highlights of Almaty, including its iconic landmarks, bustling markets, and cultural treasures. As the day winds down, get ready for a unique and unforgettable experience as we retreat to a cozy treehouse for our overnight stay. Surrounded by nature, enjoy the peaceful tranquility and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings.

Day 6 – Departure

After breakfast, we depart this beautiful country with lifelong memories.

Things to know about Kazakhstan

– Pack a light jacket, as the climate can vary up in the mountains.
– Comfortable hiking shoes, sports shoes for long walks
– Expect snow up in the mountain at Shymbylak, so carry waterproof jacket, scarves, gloves, shoes etc. Whatever you need to stay warm.
– Sunscreen, hat, insect repellent
– Not recommended for travelers with mobility issues, pregnant women, those who cannot withstand long journeys
– The Kazakh cuisine is mainly meat dominant. So if you’re a vegetarian or vegan or a picky vegetarian, find food that suits your liking could be challenging
– Travelers should have moderate fitness level
– Bring all your cameras and charge the batteries to the maximum everyday.

– Do not forget your power bank. You’ll need it, as we’ll be on the road a lot!
