Day 2 – Lake Sevan and Old Dilijan street

Things to know about Armenia

  • This is the beginning of Winter, so weather can be tricky.
  • Pack light jacket for the city and something warmer for the snow
  • Water-proof gloves, pants, cap etc. are necessary in the snow mountains
  • Comfortable hiking shoes, sports shoes for long walks
  • Sunscreen, hat, insect repellent
  • Not recommended for travelers with mobility issues, pregnant women, those who cannot withstand long journeys
  • The Armenian cuisine is mainly meat dominant. So if you’re a vegetarian or vegan or a picky vegetarian, finding food that suits your liking could be challenging
  • Travelers should have moderate fitness level
  • Bring all your cameras and charge the batteries to the maximum everyday.
