• Since the accommodations are on twin sharing basis, we ask you to specify your gender while booking so that we can place same genders in 1 room.
• Closer to the date, if we find a massive imbalance then we open up more spots for the group, but this is quite rare.

You can definitely do this by yourself, but there are a few things you might want to consider –

• To design a trip with such great detail, takes time, patience, lots of research and connections. We make sure to take care of all the minute details, while you get to relax, refresh & rejuvenate.
• Joining a group trip as such is a money-saver to begin with. Besides, your host/team leader has had experiences in each of these destinations. They have a more knowledge on how to get the most value & service for the least price. How big are these groups?
• I think the best reason why anyone signs up for a trip like this, is for peace of mind. When you know everything is being taken care of, it makes you feel exactly how you expect to feel when going for a vacation.

No. Sorry, but these trips are designed and priced in such a way that you sign up for the whole package. Besides, if you sign up for a part of it, does not change the pricing in any way.

• Our travelers come in from all parts of the world. Hence, we do not book flights for you. This gives you the flexibility to design your itinerary as you please.
• Every group trip needs a specific number of minimum confirmations. Once we receive that, we will send you the green light to go ahead and make your flight bookings.

• Once you fill out the booking form and submit your deposit, you will receive an automatic confirmation that you submitted a booking request.
• Someone from our team will manually confirm your booking & send you a welcome email stating the next steps.
• Couple of months prior to the trip, we shall give you the green light to go ahead and book your flights.
• 30 days prior to the trip, all the details such as accommodations, airport transfers etc. will be released to FULLY PAID travelers.
• 2 weeks prior, your host will create a what’s app group, where everyone can get to know each other prior to the trip.
• 1 week prior, there will be an optional video zoom call so that everyone can get acquainted face-2-face with one another.
• Lastly, on the last day of the trip, everyone will be invited to join a Facebook page where these connections can continue to turn into ever-lasting friendships.

These group trips are neither luxurious nor budget. We do comfortable travel and try to have as many unique stays as possible. However, if it is a multi-day hiking trip, finding “comfortable stays” could be challenging. But we try to compensate that by throwing in a 7-course meal or a Dinner-in-the-sky experience in Dubai etc.

There is a trip-specific non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot. If you choose to pay in installments, the remainder is to be paid according to the following schedule:

60 days before trip – 50% of trip cost

30 days before trip – 100% of trip cost

You will be sent automatic payment requests with a link to enter credit card information. Installments should be paid within 3 days of payment request.

If you cancel a trip, you will be responsible for the below amounts based on the date we receive your written confirmation of cancellation.​

61 days or more days before departure: Deposit is non refundable and issued as “Travel Credit” on your account that can be transferred to another trip.​

60-31 days before departure – 25% of the trip is non-refundable. Any additional amount paid will be refunded or given as travel credit. 

30 days or less before departure – No refund possible

This travel credit will expire two years from the date of issue. The Deposit or Travel Credit cannot be exchanged for a cash refund of any type.

No refund can be provided if you fail to join the trip, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion for any reason.

Unless specified otherwise while booking, you will be placed in a room sharing with another traveler of the same gender. There is an additional charge if you want a room to yourself. If there is availability, we’ll provide you one.

Yes. It is mandatory to have travel insurance that includes Covid-19 coverage for joining our group trips. Once you book with us, we will send you a bunch of options to purchase your travel insurance. You can use any of those or book on your own.

Mostly, 3* or 4* star hotels is what you can expect. We never do hostels. However, if it is a multi-day trek or a camping trip, then you’ll have relevant accommodation such as a camp tent or a yurt (common in Central Asia) etc.

We aim to stay in accommodations that are locally owned, so some rooms can be quite quirky such as cave rooms in Cappadocia, Turkey.

Unless you request to share a room with someone, you will share a twin room with another traveler of the same gender.

More often than not, we can cater to your requests but keep in mind we will try our best. We cannot make any 100% commitments for the same. You can inform us of your needs much in advance, ideally at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we cannot cater to it, we will keep you informed in advance.

Since being vaccinated isn’t mandatory for travel anymore, no, you don’t need to be vaccinated to join such a group trip. However, we will inform you if the country we’re visiting may have any such regulations.

Also, we cannot guarantee placing you with a vaccinated traveler. If this bothers you, then please inform us while booking your trip.

Yes. All travelers need to get a PCR test done 72 hours prior to joining the trip, even if you’ve been vaccinated.
